Avocado and yogurt face mask
Ingredients
Avocado - Contains vitamins C and E and helps increase the production of collagen. It helps remove dead or old skin cells and soothes inflammation.
Yogurt - Contains alpha-hydroxy acid and lactic acid which dissolve old skin cells. It also acts as an exfoliator for the skin and prevents break outs.
Olive oil - Acts as a moisturizer and antioxidant, it also prevents premature ageing.
What you will need
- 1 Avocado
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of yogurt
- A blender/ food processor
- Bowl
- 1 small face brush (you can use your hands if you do not have one)
Preparation and Application
- Peel and cut up the avocado
- Put it into the blender
- Add the 2 tablespoons of olive Oil
- Add the 3 tablespoons of yogurt
- Blend the ingredients until it’s smooth

Pawpaw and honey face mask
Ingredients
Pawpaw - It reduces wrinkles, controls acne, and improves skin complexion
Honey - Helps prevent acne on skin, facilitates healing of skin cells, cleanses pores and works as a gentle exfoliator
Egg whites - Absorbs skin excess oil, as a protein it acts as a skin-tightening treatment
What you will need
- 1 small pawpaw
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 1 egg
- Blender
- Small face brush
- Bowl
Preparation and Application
- Peel your pawpaw and cut it into pieces
- Put it in a blender
- Add the 3 tablespoons of honey
- Crack the egg and separate the yolk from the egg white
- Whip the egg white until it becomes foamy
- Pout it into the blender
- Blend everything
- Pour mix into a bowl

What you will need
- 3 tablespoons of coffee
- 2 tablespoons of neem oil
- 3 drops of tea-tree oil
- Bowl
- Small face brush
Preparation and Application
- Put your 3 tablespoons of coffee into a bowl
- Add your two tablespoons of neem oil
- Put in the 3 drops of tea-tree oil
- Mix thoroughly
- Apply using a face brush or your hand onto face
- Leave on for 20 minutes
- Rinse off with lukewarm or cold water
- This mask is best used right before bed. Allow the moisturizers in the tea-tree oil and neem oil to work overnight while you sleep.
